You sell two drive wheels for the MIG175 model #12012. The drive wheel listed here and knurled roller #20438. Why the difference and do I need both to have an on hand spare?

The knurled version is for when you want to run a lot of flux core wire. The other is just the standard in case you loose your original.

This MIG175 Standard Drive Roller 0.023" 0.030" can be use on flux cored wire?

Technically, you can run flux wire on these standard drive rollers. However it is preferred by most and highly recommended to use a knurled drive roller for this application instead.

Would this work with the mig/stick 200?

The drive wheel for the MIG 175 is too big and narrow for the MIG 200. The drive wheel that will work on the MIG 200 is the MIG 135 Allen key drive wheel. It is the same diameter and thickness.
