About Waterborne Paint Dryer
Today's waterborne paints don't dry as quickly as solvent based finishes. Complete drying is essential between coats and before the clear coat goes on. this unique Waterborne Hand Held Paint Dryer Gun multiples the air volume from your compressor by up to 7 times, to produce an adjustable high volume of air flow to speed complete drying of waterborne finishes. requires 11 cfm @ 30-60 psi. gun features adjustable air flow and replaceable intake debris screen. Wide areas can be dried with additional guns. Includes on/off valve and male coupler connector.
Ensure work area is clean and free of debris. Make sure the air going into the dryer is clean, dry and cool. Hold about 18-24" from surface to be dried. Waterborne paint needs air movement to dry, move the dryer around the area to be dried. Excess air pressure could disturb the wet paint causing runs and sags. To ensure dry air, install last chance filters (34146) after your desiccant system and right at the dryer.
