Perfect for that bare steel lookThis is perfect if you want that just blasted steel look on something. I painted several items and they all look great!!!. I only wish there was a paint that could better duplicate 'galvanized steel' to get more of and OEM look on a few parts....
The Eastwood 2K AeroSpray Detail Gray is formulated with Eastwood's proprietary technology to provide a durable and long-lasting finish, and it sprays like a paint gun with a broader spray pattern. However, it is not specifically marketed or mentioned as suitable for brake calipers in the provided context. For brake calipers, Eastwood offers specific products like the Eastwood 2K AeroSpray Brake Caliper Paint - Black or Red, which are designed for the high-temperature and durability requirements of brake calipers .
If you are looking for a product specifically for brake calipers, it is recommended to use one of these dedicated caliper paints.

Can you clarify how much a can covers, roughly. It says in listing10-16 sq/ft one place and 35 another?
Asked by: Desertboat
The coverage of Eastwood 2K AeroSpray Detail Gray varies depending on the application and the number of coats applied. Generally, it is stated to cover approximately 10-16 square feet per can under typical usage conditions. However, in some listings, it is mentioned to cover up to 35 square feet, which might refer to optimal conditions with a single light coat. For best results, plan for the lower range (10-16 sq ft) to ensure adequate coverage and durability
