Worth the money and then some!
The vise is very well made. Twin locking screws for base secure vise really well , very strong clamping force and the handle clamping operation is smooth without any slack/ loose fit during opening and closing.

Nice and compact.
I made my own jaw caps out of some scrap aluminum I had laying around. But when not in use kept getting in the way on my cluttered bench. These are nice and compact and can be tucked away conveniently. I would prefer a little stronger magnet but they work just fine.
