These are nice and compact and can be tucked away conveniently. I would prefer a little stronger magnet but they work just fine.

It really helps to protect my motor shafts or delicate surfaces on parts that need to be secured for assembly, drilling, whatever. If there is one weakness it would be the magnets. I don't feel they are strong enough to hold to the vise over the long-haul. We will see!
