what is the ID and OD of the gasket? What does the bottom of the filter look like? Does it have a metal bottom with a small hole for the bolt in it?

The OD is approximately Ø90mm and the ID is approximately Ø82mm for the gasket. The filter does not have a metal bottom or a small hole. The filter is shaped like a pipe.
