Eastwood's premium Single-Stage Acrylic Urethane Topcoat provides exceptional long-lasting beauty and durability.

- Max Temperature: Paint will handle up to 300 degrees without delamination, but color shift may occur, so it should not be used in a high heat setting

Can this paint be brushed? I am wanting to brush it into the bed of my truck.
The Eastwood Pure White 3:1 Single Stage Automotive Car Paint is meant to be sprayed and should not be brushed.
HVLP Gun: Fluid Tip 1.3-1.5 mm Inlet Spray Pressure 25-30 psi
Conventional Gravity: Fluid Tip 1.3-1.6 mm Inlet Spray Pressure 45-50 psi
Conventional Siphon: Fluid Tip: 1.4-1.8 mm Inlet Spray Pressure 45-50 psi

Can I add pearl in the single stage pure white paint
To achieve the right color, the ratio of the pearl should be one teaspoon per quart of base. Once the ratio is right, the paint job will take on a midnight, color-changing effect.
Usually Pearl is added to clear coat on top of the basecoat
1 level teaspoon will treat 1 SPRAYABLE quart of clear, 1, 25 gram bag will treat 1 gallon of SPRAYABLE clear base, Many people think that using more ghost pearl in the clear will give a stronger effect when in fact it can actually alter your base coat color.

Why cant the single stage Pure White be bought by the quart? I dont see that option. I need a quart to finish up the fenders.
The only single-stage paints sold in a quart are the USA bright white, and some of our Black paints as well.

Do I need reducer when using single stage paint?
Technically reducer is not required with this paint. However, we do STRONGLY recommend it. It can be reduced with any of our Urethane reducers up to 20%.

Can this be used as a base coat for your single stage tropical sunset pearl?
If you select to use the 3:1 Tropical Sunset pearl paint then yes.

Can the single stage be covered with Euro clear?
Yes, the EW single stage paints can be top coated with Euro Clear. Euro Clear can also be mixed into the single stage paint as well (mix both separately with their activators before combining).

Can I use this Pure White 3:1 Single Stage as a Basecoat for my 4:1 Caribbean Bay Blue Pearl which requires a pure white base? The 4:1 is only offered in gallons and I will need less than a quart. Thank you
Can I paint over an OEM paint job with this without using a primer coat? Would the process simply be scuffing the existing paint, cleaning the dust then spraying the single stage on top of the OEM paint job?
