Eastwood Tropical Sunset Orange Pearl - This is a stunning orange midcoat with a beautiful shimmering gold color shift thanks to exceptional clarity that allows the pearl particles to show through easily.
Eastwood's premium Single-Stage Acrylic Urethane Topcoat provides exceptional long-lasting beauty and durability.
- Catalyzed urethane for unsurpassed durability
- Highly resistant to UV rays, chemicals, chips
- Makes 1 sprayable gallon when mixed 3:1 with a required activator
- Approximate coverage: 125 SQ FT
- Flake/Pearl Particle size: 10-60 microns
- Max Temperature: Paint will handle up to 300 degrees without delamination, but color shift may occur, so it should not be used in a high heat setting
- Made in the USA
This premium 2-component topcoat system is blended with top-quality raw materials and advanced composition coatings technology. Superior to acrylic, alkyd and lacquer coatings. Eastwood's single-stage urethane paints hold their gloss longer and won't yellow.

Great product
Nice product painting whole bronco exterior with 2 stage interior with single stage my preference next time will be single stage then clear over that as my first time shooting pearl in such a translucent color was difficult to achieve even pearl with base clear

Does this require a clear to achieve optimum appearance?
Ideally yes, a clear would be recommended with this specific color or any pearl or metallic finish.

A gray or white primer would work best in reference to this color option.

This color does not contain metallic flakes but does contain gold pearl flakes.

What the coolest temp I can spray this? Trying to get it applied before the winter sets in.
This should not be applied and left to cure in temps below about 55-60F at a minimum.

Can I add metal flake to this paint
you add metal flake to clear coat not base. but you can add more pearl or metallic's to it but dont go to far or it will look like a bass boat paint job.

If I use single-stage paint, can I still spray a clear coat over that?
Yes, you can certainly apply any of our Urethane based clear coats over any of our 3:1 SSU paints without issues.
