Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eastwood tubing bender and dies The new die set should work as well as the previous sets. The machining is good and the die parts fit the bender as designed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Whole roll cage built with minimal issues I did have an issue with a bend pin, but Eastwood remedied that quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Unit I need to fight the pin out of the saddle to get the bent tube out, but I figured out a technique to make it work. Probably just that I am using it at its limit on 2" x .120-wall tube.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits the Woodward WFB2 Bought this to find out if the Woodward Fab and Eastwood tube bending dies were interchangeable. The answer is yes. These dies fit the Woodward Fab WFB2 bender. Read the other reviews and I can tell you the one where the holding clamp got bent was operator error. If you use the shortest pin it doesn't seat far enough and the bottom will slip off. So make sure you use the correct pin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Fits WFB2 Bought this die to figure out once and for all if the Woodward Fab and Eastwood tubing dies were interchangeable. The answer is YES THESE DIES WILL FIT THE WFB2 tubing bender as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from advice for soft tubing Reading through the reviews I see many questions about bending aluminum and kinking issues. The trick to bending soft materials with any bender is to cap one end of the tube, fill it with sand, then cap the final end. The sand will go around the bend and support the tube from the inside.

How would you remove the material after you bent it to 240°?

you can tap the tubing off the tool by using a rubber or wooden mallet.

Does the 120 degree die work differently than the 240 and how? Tnx

Asked by: 396mafia
The die does not operate any differently, but you will be limited to 120° or 240° maximum bends. If you need more than 120° of angle definitely go with a 240° die.

Will these work on a pro 105 bender

Asked by: Big Block
The 1.75in X 6in Radius 240 degree Die(21127) is specified for the Eastwood High Capacity Tubing Bender (21115). As we do not have cross reference material we can not determine if it will fit your bender, You may want to call the manufacturer of your bender for specifications and details.
