Good quality at reasonable priceGreat product at a reasonable price. I have used Eastwood paint products to paint 3 cars so far and it sprays well and looks great.
This can be applied over our Eastwood gray or black primers.

Can this product be top coated with clear? If so what type is best?

Absolutely! Any of our catalyzed/ 2 part Urethane clears would work well over this paint in reference.

Is it best to use any reducer? If so, what amount is recommend?

Although reducer is not required we do strongly recommend the use of it. Around a 20% reduction at a max is recommended.

What happens if I use 70° to 80° activator in 90° or higher? If I don't know what the temp will be when I use the product, should I opt for the 90° activator, assuming it will work OK in a wider range of temperatures, say from 70° to 90°?

If the medium activator is used at a higher temp. it will flash and prematurely cure this can lead to dry spray and orange peel.
