Money well spentI'm very happy after all the effort
i put into sound deadening and insulating my 1968 F100. It is painted black as as I finished in the driveway it was parked in the sun with temps in the 70's. I couldn't hold my hand on the outside of the roof while the underside was just warm.

What's the difference/benefits between this and the eastwood underhood thermal accoustic mat?
Asked by: ktown
The xmat brand is 1/4 thick and the thermal mat is 3/4 thick which will be thicker to reduce more heat.
