Can you get a shroud without holes in the sides of it?

Does everything you need to install it with come with it? If you buy the radiator ,fan, shroud , and controller? What about a wiring harness , relays and anything else
If you purchase The radiator, Fan, Shroud, and controller, mounting bolts for the radiator and controller, the only other item you will need is the, Derale 1/4" Fan controller sensor adapter Item #31071
