Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice radiator Well built radiator. Took a little Macgiver engineering but I got it to fit in my 1947 Chevy sedan delivery. Needed an electric fan, that’s step two of the installation to help it cool better

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Promise delivered! This radiator delivers it's promise. I have a close to 700HP roots blown small block that sometimes ran up to 225-230 degrees. I put this in (along with a higher CFM fan just to note, 1600 to a 2650) and my temps are stable at 190 now! Hard to burp because of the chambers but well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Automotive Instructor for 35 years. This radiator is well built and has plenty of capacity for the small block Chevy application in our 1964 Ford PU. This cost less than half of the other options that I researched.

For a 1990 jeep wrangler yj with 2008 5.3 vortec what radiator do you recommend

Our Tri flow. Go to our website search Tri flow. it depends on measuring the width. Height is standard 19" and 2.2 inches thick

I've got a 66 Pro Street Mustang with a 871 blown 351C. Blowers make a lot of heat even when you aren't leaning on them so heating up has always been big issue. The Griffin we used didn't cut it. Will the tri flow rad work for low RPM use.

Asked by: Hotrods512
The tri-flow reduces heat 24 degrees while reducing water temp.

1973 nova , 350 engine , still using mechanical fan and also a 17" pusher , has external trans cooler mounted on front of radiator , , can I keep same setup and use the tri flow?

Asked by: Wayneno
Yes, you may have to fabricate mounting brackets for your trans cooler.

What size are the tubes in this radiator ?

Asked by: Mattman
It was developed with 2 rows and a 1 inch oval tube core and a unique coolant path that routes the coolant through the radiator core 3 times and increases turbulent flow while passing the coolant in front of the fan 3 times. Traditional radiators only pass the coolant 1 time in the front of the fan. This is what makes this Radiator the best on the market. https://www.eastwood.com/images/pdf/20150Q_inst.pdf

Your radiators are significantly smaller than the one I have in my vehicle. Mine is 33 w by 3. It appears I would be reducing the amount of water for my engine in your radiator. So your radiator would be equipped to cool efficiently with less water?

Asked by: Bob 1701
Yes it will cool better but it might not hold that much less coolant than your bigger radiator due to these being a 2 core 3 pass design.

Does the 22” radiator come with automatic trans cooler connections also would it keep a big block cool?

Asked by: Ratso
Yes, the connection ports are on these radiators upon arrival. These will all cool up to 500hp at a max.

Can the radiator be ordered with the brackets reversed/flipped so that the mounting flanges are flush with the coolant inlet/outlet side? I need to recess the radiator into the mounting frame away from the engine. Thanks

Asked by: Brett
No, this radiator comes as-is and can not be modified before shipping out.
