Cyclone 3624 Sand Blasting Cabinet
For DIYers, this Cyclone abrasive blaster cabinet is the easy way to clean rusty parts. The 14 CFM trigger gun nozzle is ideal for small and medium-size parts such as springs, valve covers, rims and patch panels. Add your blast media of choice to remove paint and rust from metal while smoothing out rough edges. Cyclone includes a 90 CFM dust collector with a two-stage filter. This keeps the air clear in your shop to improve safety and visibility while you work.
Operating the Cyclone 3624 small sandblaster cabinet is simple. It’s made of 16-gauge welded steel and arrives fully assembled with virtually no setup time. A flip-top lid and latch offer convenience to add or remove parts and blast media. There is also a right-hand side door if needed. This sand blasting machine runs on any standard 110V electrical box. The cabinet requires a standard 110 Volt setup. Included is an 8? cord from the cabinet to your electrical source. The cabinet comes with a light receptacle and on/off switch. The switch controls an additional receptacle for the included sandblast dust collector. Therefore, you control the entire cabinet with one easy on/off switch location on the cabinet. The end user selects their choice of bulb, whether CFL, incandescent or LED. We recommend rough service bulbs.
Air Requirements | Sandblast Gun System
The 3624 sandblasting cabinet comes with a 14 CFM (Cubic Feet Per Minute) nozzle. Your air compressor must supply 14 CFM at 70-100 PSI for the 14 CFM system to work. The system comes with a trigger operated blast system.
Flexible Abrasive Media Choices
This sand blaster cabinet handles abrasives like white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet. We do not recommend steel shot and under no circumstances should you ever use sand in an abrasive cabinet.

Under no circumstances should you ever use sand in an abrasive cabinet – even with a name like sand blaster. Silicosis is a deadly condition caused by silica in sand. When breathed, it will damage your lungs and eventually result in death.
