Application Tips
Before activating, shake aerosol vigorously for 1 min. Take red button from cap. Rotate aerosol 180 degrees and attach button to pin on aerosol bottom. Place aerosol on firm ground upside down. Press red button with the ball of your hand until stop is reached.After activating, shake aerosol again vigorously for 2 min. Pot life 48 hours at 68 degreesF.

Best rattle can paint you can buy. Strongly advise to top coat with a satin clear. Professional results, simple application. Use a paint prep and no air movement is best. Tip sends a nice finish pattern.

Painted my entire truck
I used this product to paint my entire truck.. only took 18 cans... when you don't have a 30 air compressor and paint gun... this is the next best option.

This product worked great. It was a little pricey but well worth the cost. I had my doubts but it definitely sprayed out to a fine finish. The finish is very hard and durable. Was a great choice for painting the engine compartment. I would buy for the next project

Best paint (in a rattle can) money can buy!
Used this paint on some sxs wheels, stands up to the mud, grime, and pressure washer. Doesn't fade or flake off like the cheap stuff.

Looks great with Matte Clear and Deliberate Alumin
The 2K paint worked great with the 2K epoxy primer. One caveat, however, If you're using the same can for two different coats, with a 30 minute break, blow out the valve after the first coat so the second coat doesn't sputter. You blow it out by inverting the can and spraying until paint doesn't come out.

I like to paint my hood with this satin black spray. I will be using automotive primer before paint is that ok to do?Also, would it be recommended to use the 2K matte clear to finish this off??
Yes, it will work. If you use clear over the rat rod it will tend to make it glossy

Do I need to sand my car before spraying this on there also would I need to apply anything after.
I would clean the surface to remove any residue and lightly sand the surface to insure adhesion.

If you use the 2k it should be enough.
You may not want to clear coat it as it will creates a gloss to your already painted hood.

Which paint would be more durable on a wheel the 2k Rat Road Satin or the 2k Satin Chassis paint?
The 2K Rat Rod Satin would be the better of the 2 options for this application since it has full UV stability to it.

The paint doesn't look as smooth as I would like. Can you buff it with cutting compound and then polish it? or will it change the sheen as the paint?
No, If you cut and buff this will no longer have the correct sheen.
You can block sand smooth and reapply. That may help with your texture
